EPP FOAM SHEET


Material Properties: Lightweight, flexible, and features excellent thermal insulation.

Chemical/Water Resistance: Resistant to water and chemicals.

Fabrication: Easily cut with a hot wire or sharp knife, though difficult to sand.

Adhesion: Compatible with Cyano Acrylate (CA) glue.

RC Aircraft: Ideal for wings and fuselages, often reinforced with carbon fiber.

Packaging: Used for protective, reusable, and rugged shipping containers.

Automotive/Construction: Used in bumper cores, seating, and insulating panels. 

Typical Specifications

Densities: Generally range from 15 to 200 grams per litre.

Common Dimensions: Often found in 1000mm x 600mm or 1000mm x 1200mm blocks with varying thicknesses.

Colors: Commonly available in black and white
